Convinced during trainings in Thailand that love and yoga can awaken and strengthen our ability to align and ground to the truths of life and the real world and time around us, i teach Still Flowing Vinyasa classes and practice with people who want to spend an hour out of their daily non stop run-just for themselves- synchronized to their own body and breath.
